AfriKen was born from a simple question: why does African craftsmanship and fashion get less credit than it deserves? And how come we haven't learnt to celebrate it? The answer became our mission. We partner directly with Kenyan artisans — paying fair wages, preserving traditional techniques, and bringing their extraordinary work to people who want to carry something truly meaningful. We are careful to remind Africans to love and appreciate their beauty and craft as is. We are fearfully and wonderfully created. We radiate the beauty to the world around us unapologetically!
AfriKen means African and Kenyan. It also means us, together — the maker, the buyer, and the story that passes between them every time someone reaches for their bag.
