Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email with tracking details where applicable. For urgent or custom orders, please contact us directly on WhatsApp.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply WhatsApp us with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Items eligible for return:
Unused items in original condition · Items with all tags attached · Products in original packaging
Items not eligible for return:
Earrings (hygiene reasons) · Custom or personalised orders · Sale items · Gift sets that have been opened
We are happy to exchange any eligible item within 7 days for a different colour or size where available. Please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange. Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is our promise.
